The Nominative Social Declaration (DSN) is a computerized data exchange which aims to replace the majority of French periodic or event-based social declarations issued from the employers' human resources management information system.

In the private sector, the DSN has been mandatory since 2017 and will be so imminently for the public sector.
For employees, data confidentiality is reinforced, also securing acquired rights.
The DSN should make it possible to save 3.7 billion euros each year.
