Processing is not\u00a0<strong>not a priority<\/strong>\u00a0and is therefore not a priority;<\/li><li>Applications submitted by\u00a0<strong>courier\u00a0<\/strong>will be\u00a0<strong>refused\u00a0<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Requests for approval sent by\u00a0<strong>electronic mail<\/strong>\u00a0will\u00a0<strong>not processed <\/strong>;<\/li><li>To date, delays can be
