Fortunately, since for the time being <strong>this process does not fully guarantee employers' rights.<\/strong><\/p><p>By way of example, <strong>the Lucie platform raised a number of issues<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Documents made available 30 days after receipt of an e-mail notification by the employer, for a 2-month objection period<\/li><li>The document disappears 24 hours after downloading (so be careful not to lose it in the intricacies of the company's IT servers).<\/li><li>LUCIE's notification is deemed to be the date of receipt of the document by the primary health insurance fund, in the event of litigation, without any textual basis.<\/li><\/ul><p>In addition to these issues, there may be difficulties intrinsic to the way companies are organized. Indeed, the trend towards dematerialization<strong> can lead to the risk of lost or faulty information.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Most companies manage their claims through the net-entreprises platform<\/strong> These include receiving rates, analyzing pricing elements, and even tracking charges to employer accounts.<\/p><p>Now, <strong>what happens when a bug occurs that makes it impossible to track allocations in real time?<\/strong> What happens when an organization is created using the tools provided, and these tools fail?
