In a speech delivered by Industry Minister Roland Lescure, the French government entrusted the French Standards Association (AFNOR) with the task of developing this standard. The standard is due for release in early 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5016ef7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5016ef7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What will Triple E look like?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca14deb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca14deb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The frame of reference <strong>Triple E<\/strong> will list the criteria that enable a manufacturer to claim the<strong>european environmental excellence<\/strong> and apply for the associated mark of recognition (label or certification). This distinction will open the door to targeted financing, including the popular savings scheme mentioned in the law.<\/p><p>This reference system should be a marker of choice for <strong>signal an ecological effort<\/strong>We're also working with the public sector to encourage green, local, circular and low-carbon purchasing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10285f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"10285f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Proposed guidelines<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2aed864 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2aed864\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Early indications are that the project will be conceived as a \" <strong>standard-hat<\/strong> \"These include issues addressed by existing, internationally recognized standards such as the<strong>ISO 14001<\/strong>\u00a0on environmental management, the<strong>ISO 50001<\/strong> on energy management, or others on life cycle, greenhouse gas emissions, the circular economy or biodiversity.<\/p><p>An angle \" <strong>made in France<\/strong> \"This would also make Triple E a guarantee of<strong>territorial attractiveness<\/strong> for local authorities hosting companies involved in this excellence initiative.<\/p><p>Finally, it is conceivable that this reference system could function by means of eco-equivalence with existing environmental systems; in this way, players who already have a certification could be recognized as \"Triple E\" after validation of this equivalence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81eaee5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"81eaee5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title
