Il est montr\u00e9 que quel que soit le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9, les <strong>densit\u00e9s de remplissage de 40% et 60% pr\u00e9sentent les panneaux au meilleur coefficient d\u2019absorption<\/strong> (Zaharia et al., 2023).<\/p><p><strong>La puissance acoustique de ces panneaux est \u00e9galement influenc\u00e9e par le diam\u00e8tre de la buse de l&rsquo;imprimante<\/strong> <strong>et la conception interne du panneau<\/strong>. Des chercheurs ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s acoustiques de panneaux fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents diam\u00e8tres de buse, de types de filaments variables ainsi que de canaux labyrinthiques sp\u00e9cifiques. <strong>Une perte de transmission maximale de 56dB est atteinte<\/strong> pour un \u00e9chantillon imprim\u00e9 avec une buse de 0,8 mm, un motif Z2 et une mati\u00e8re Black PLA Pro (Matei et al., 2024). Les <strong>tissus \u00e0 base de papier<\/strong>, les <strong>films composites \u00e0 base d&rsquo;agar<\/strong> et les <strong>fibres naturelles comme le li\u00e8ge<\/strong> \u00e9mergent comme des alternatives viables pour l&rsquo;isolation acoustique (Song et al., 2023 ; Kumar et al., 2022). Ces mat\u00e9riaux offrent non seulement un impact environnemental r\u00e9duit, mais aussi une <strong>voie prometteuse pour l&rsquo;insonorisation durable<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a903cd7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a903cd7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06b94b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06b94b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cependant, <strong>am\u00e9liorer leur long\u00e9vit\u00e9 et leur rentabilit\u00e9 reste un d\u00e9fi<\/strong> que les chercheurs et les professionnels de l&rsquo;industrie s&rsquo;efforcent de relever.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;utilisation innovante de <strong>mat\u00e9riaux de rebut dans la cr\u00e9ation de composites absorbants<\/strong> de son est un t\u00e9moignage de l&rsquo;engagement de l&rsquo;industrie envers la protection de l&rsquo;environnement. En r\u00e9utilisant les <strong>r\u00e9sidus agricoles<\/strong>, les <strong>coquilles de noix et de pistaches<\/strong>, les <strong>r\u00e9sidus de th\u00e9<\/strong> ou encore les <strong>d\u00e9chets textiles<\/strong> pour cr\u00e9er des panneaux d&rsquo;insonorisation efficaces (Nur Christmastuti, 2023 ; Nitu et al., 2024), il est question de transformer les potentiels fardeaux environnementaux en solutions acoustiques pr\u00e9cieuses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76d19cc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"76d19cc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-834fc54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"834fc54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une \u00e9tude met en avant l\u2019utilisation de composites fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de <strong>coquilles d\u2019\u0153ufs pour la r\u00e9alisation de mat\u00e9riaux insonorisants<\/strong> (Nur Christmastuti, 2023).
