In the event of an accident at work or occupational disease, the temporary employment agency was solely responsible for the payment of daily benefits and two-thirds (2\/3) of any disability of 10 % or more. The user company, on the other hand, was only responsible for one-third (1\/3) of the cost of personal injury &gt;10%. But with the decree of July 5, 2024, this distribution is changing.<\/p><p>In this webinar, Alexandre Schutz, occupational risk consultant:<\/p><ul><li>will provide an overview of temporary employment
