data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">From DSN transmission to CRM...<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00ab64a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00ab64a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All DSN recipient organizations (e.g. CNAV, AGIRC-ARRCO, schemes managed by Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts) transmit the results of their <strong>checks for completeness, conformity and consistency<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>data<\/strong>\u00a0collection agencies (URSSAF, MSA).<\/p><p>Employers are informed of results via a standardized monthly CRM.\u00a0<\/p><p>Employers must correct them within a timeframe close to the last reporting deadline, on pain of penalties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a530e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1a530e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CRM standardization<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4501c9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4501c9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The NEOReS standard is <strong>optimized exchange standard for returns<\/strong> organizations receiving DSN data <strong>to employers and their payroll solutions<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Its aim is to make it easier to correct and update Payroll data, by ensuring that employers and\/or software publishers take full ownership of their data via a single format (with a clear structure and purpose).<\/p><p>In other words, the aim is to make it easier for employers to correct any discrepancies noted by the organizations upon receipt of DSN data.<\/p><p>Ultimately, the aim is to enable employers to automatically process corrections in their payroll software.<\/p><p>This standardization of returns only concerns transmissions from a social protection organization (SPO) to the declarant in the global DSN context.<\/p><p>Not included:<\/p><ul><li>Feedback on the pre-acceptance phase (CCO, BAN and acknowledgement of receipt by business IS),<\/li><li>PASRAU returns.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bf60ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2bf60ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Content of standardized monthly CRMs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a35d0d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a35d0d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The content of standardized monthly CRMs is defined by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000018503527\/\">article R.133-13 of the French Social Security Code.<\/a><\/p><p>The CRM made available to the employer each month includes :<\/p><ul><li>Anomalies detected by recipient organizations in the previous DSN,<\/li><li>But also those found in previous DSNs that have not been corrected.<\/li><\/ul><p>It should be noted that from a date set by decree and no later than 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0On January 1, 2028, the rates for the AT\/MP contribution and the mobility payment will also be uploaded via these CRMs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50f1d86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50f1d86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The 3 types of standardized CRM<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-845d911 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"845d911\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Accessible via the <a href=\"http:\/\/net-entreprises.fr\">net-entreprises.fr<\/a> and via your payroll software, to improve the quality of DSN data.<\/p><ul><li><u>URSSAF standardized CRM <\/u><\/li><\/ul><p>Since February 2023 :<\/p><ul><li>Report 119, sent H+4 after the DSN has been filed<\/li><li>Report 120, sent on D+5 of the DSN deadline<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><u>CRM Identity<\/u><\/li><\/ul><p>Since June 2023, the \"identity report\" has supplemented the standardized returns from URSSAF and MSA by proposing improved identification data for declared individuals (cf. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.net-entreprises.fr\/dsn-crm-identite-evolutions-prevues-en-mai-2024\/\">instruction sheet 2627<\/a>).<\/p><p>The quality of this data is central to safeguarding your employees' rights.<\/p><ul><li><u>MSA standardized CRM<\/u><\/li><\/ul><p>Since July 2024, the MSA has been integrating the standardized CRM system with a first batch of standardized controls (CRM 130, transmitted no later than D+1 of the DSN filing).<\/p><p>Note that they only concern data for the current period, and do not take into account previous periods, such as the standardized URSSAF CRMs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76cd806 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"76cd806\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80cb3d1 option of \"notifying\" anomalies by any means.<\/p><p>Only from 2028 onwards will returns to employers be made via a standardized CRM.<\/p><p>To date, monthly DSNs and event reports are sent to organizations to enable them to carry out their business on the basis of the data contained in these declarations.<\/p><p>To this end, each organization integrates the elements transmitted into its system and analyzes the consistency of the data transmitted in order to guarantee its reliability.\u00a0<\/p><p>Following this analysis, each organization that receives your DSNs provides you with a
