    The D\u00e9claration Sociale Nominative (DSN) is at the heart of social protection for your employees. However, errors - whether blocking or not - can jeopardize their entitlements: unemployment, sickness, retirement, family benefits... The impact can be considerable, both for employees and for the company.<\/p>

    Aware of these challenges, social protection bodies have strengthened the regulatory framework with Law no. 2022-1616 of December 23, 2022 and Decree no. 2023-1384 of December 29, 2023. This includes the introduction of the substitution DSN, which can be applied as early as 2025 in the event of URSSAF control, and which will be generalized in 2026 in the event of identified and uncorrected anomalies.<\/p>
