now.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10c7a83 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"10c7a83\" be completely <strong>deleted<\/strong> except for CSG\/CRDS from January 1, 2026.<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1617\">Impact<\/strong> reduction in net income for data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>FS 8% will now include :<\/p><ul><li>the employer's contribution to the financing of meal vouchers,<\/li><li>CESU,<\/li><li>vacation vouchers (for their tax-exempt portion),<\/li><li>personal assistance,<\/li><li>financing sports facilities,<\/li><li>contributions from employers to finance social and cultural activities or services (gifts and vouchers, although it is not clear whether this will apply to those granted by the CSE).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2306\">Impacts<\/strong> Increase in the cost of employee benefit policies and the CSE budget.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fe3469 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3fe3469\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fdd966 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1fdd966\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Creation of additional birth leave<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bd3d12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7bd3d12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0It would be 1 or 2 months for the father or mother, possibly both at the same time, to be taken :<\/p><ul><li>following maternity leave<\/li><li>and\/or paternity leave.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2742\">Impact <\/strong>: business continuity, replacement planning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d03dbb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5d03dbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">JEI: Further increase in the \u00abresearch expenditure\u00bb criterion\u00bb <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afaacf1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"afaacf1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-674381e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"674381e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The \u00abresearch expenditure\u00bb criterion would increase from 20% to 25%. Consequently, for JECs, the range for this criterion would be 5% to 25%.<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3117\">Impac<\/strong>t: potential loss of eligibility in the event of a reduction in R&amp;D investment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62c3ff8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"62c3ff8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Physician-prescribed sick leave capped <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85b05a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85b05a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3393\">The PLFSS provides for :<\/p><ul data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3654\"><li data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3483\"><p data-start=\"3397\" data-end=\"3483\">A cap at <strong data-start=\"3412\" data-end=\"3432\">15 days (city)<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3458\">30 days (hospital)<\/strong> for initial stops,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3534\"><p data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3534\">An overall cap of <strong data-start=\"3508\" data-end=\"3517\">3 years<\/strong> IJSS sickness benefits,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3535\" data-end=\"3654\"><p data-start=\"3537\" data-end=\"3654\"><strong data-start=\"3537\" data-end=\"3569\">AT\/MP: capping at 4 years<\/strong> of IJSS for the same condition.
