The General Secretariat for Investment<\/a> (SGPI) has just published on its website the ex-post evaluation study of the ambitious NANO 2017 R&D program carried out by the G.A.C. team at Sophia Antipolis .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NANO 2017 is the 4th successive R&D support program in the semiconductor sector. With 775 M \u20ac, it associates around STMicroelectronics<\/a> and CEA-LETI<\/a>, a set of industrial and academic partners in the Grenoble innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective of the evaluation was to provide elements of analysis for public decision-makers on the effectiveness of the program in terms of innovation, economic benefits, support for the innovation ecosystem around STMicroelectronics<\/a> and CEA<\/a>-LETI<\/a> and many SMEs and mid-cap companies in particular Soitec<\/a>, Kalray<\/a>, Intel Docea<\/a>, Siemens Mentor Graphics<\/a>, etc., the Minalogic competitiveness cluster<\/a>, IRT Nano\u00e9lec<\/a>, etc. and on the \u201creturn on public investment\u201d of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
