lorsque ceux-ci ne peuvent \u00eatre atteints <a href=\"https:\/\/group-gac.com\/decret-tertiaire-conformite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dans les conditions r\u00e9glementaires standard<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Il ne s\u2019agit ni d\u2019une exemption, ni d\u2019un report automatique, mais d\u2019un <strong>dispositif encadr\u00e9<\/strong>, fond\u00e9 sur des analyses techniques, \u00e9conomiques ou patrimoniales document\u00e9es.<br \/>Son objectif : <strong>fixer une trajectoire r\u00e9aliste, justifi\u00e9e et conforme<\/strong>, tenant compte des contraintes propres \u00e0 chaque b\u00e2timent ou site.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2276d10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" r\u00e9pond \u00e0 plusieurs finalit\u00e9s :<\/p><ul><li>Objectiver les contraintes propres \u00e0 une entit\u00e9 fonctionnelle assujettie (EFA) ;<\/li><li>Analyser les leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration r\u00e9ellement mobilisables ;<\/li><li>D\u00e9montrer l\u2019\u00e9cart r\u00e9siduel entre les objectifs r\u00e9glementaires et les performances atteignables ;<\/li><li>S\u00e9curiser la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance consid\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le dossier constitue ainsi un <strong>outil de s\u00e9curisation<\/strong>, mobilisable en cas de contr\u00f4le ou de justification ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ae8aed :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Objectif 2030<\/strong> \u2192 dossier \u00e0 d\u00e9poser <strong>avant le 30 septembre 2027<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Les m\u00eames principes s\u2019appliqueront ensuite :<\/p><ul><li>Pour l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance 2040 \u2192 d\u00e9p\u00f4t avant le 30 septembre 2037 ;<\/li><li>Pour l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance 2050 \u2192 d\u00e9p\u00f4t avant le 30 septembre 2047.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le dossier peut \u00eatre <strong>mis \u00e0 jour<\/strong> en cas d\u2019\u00e9volution des hypoth\u00e8ses, des usages ou des actions
