Le DRH pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats de la d\u00e9marche QVCT lanc\u00e9e dix-huit mois plus t\u00f4t. Actions men\u00e9es, budget consomm\u00e9, managers mobilis\u00e9s. Tout y est.<\/p>\n<p>Sauf les r\u00e9sultats. L&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme est au m\u00eame niveau. Les \u00e9quipes ne semblent pas plus engag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En creusant, un angle mort appara\u00eet : les managers eux-m\u00eames avaient une lecture partielle, parfois fauss\u00e9e, de ce que vivaient leurs \u00e9quipes. Non par manque de bonne volont\u00e9, mais parce que le syst\u00e8me ne leur donnait pas les bons signaux. Ce ne sont pas des r\u00e9sistances d\u00e9clar\u00e9es, ni des conflits ouverts. Ce sont des freins invisibles, des diff\u00e9rences de compr\u00e9hension, une diversit\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentations, des \u00e9carts de perception qui s&rsquo;accumulent silencieusement entre les strates de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Une politique QVCT qui ne produit pas d&rsquo;effet n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment mal con\u00e7ue. Elle est peut-\u00eatre b\u00e2tie sur une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 biais\u00e9e, celle que le syst\u00e8me donne \u00e0 voir, pas celle que les \u00e9quipes vivent.<\/p>\n<p>Ces freins ne remontent pas d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames. Les RH l&rsquo;ont inform\u00e9, le service juridique a cadr\u00e9 les obligations, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap est disponible.<\/p><p>Il n&rsquo;en parle pas. Pas par indiff\u00e9rence, par peur de mal faire. Peur de stigmatiser en voulant adapter. Peur de braquer en abordant le sujet. Alors il g\u00e8re \u00e0 distance, \u00e9vite les conversations directes, contourne.<\/p><p>Le collaborateur le sent. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe aussi.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des angles morts les plus fr\u00e9quents du management : le handicap en entreprise ne bute pas sur un manque de politique.
