Si certaines de ses dispositions s\u2019appliquent d\u00e8s maintenant, d\u2019autres exigences entreront progressivement en vigueur au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p><p>En France, la mise en \u0153uvre op\u00e9rationnelle de l\u2019extension de la REP \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des emballages professionnels, initialement pr\u00e9vue au 1er juillet 2026, a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e au 1er janvier 2027. Cette \u00e9volution vient compl\u00e9ter le dispositif d\u00e9j\u00e0 applicable aux emballages de la restauration depuis le 1er janvier 2024.<\/p><p>Pour les entreprises concern\u00e9es, l\u2019enjeu est d\u00e9sormais de bien identifier les obligations qui leur sont applicables au titre du PPWR et de la REP, et de pr\u00e9parer d\u00e8s maintenant les prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances : nouvelles exigences applicables aux emballages, qualification de leur r\u00f4le au regard de la REP, fiabilisation des donn\u00e9es, adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 un \u00e9co-organisme, pr\u00e9paration des futures d\u00e9clarations et int\u00e9gration des \u00e9co-contributions.<\/p><p>\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de ce webinar, les experts de G.A.C.
