For over 20 years, Grégory MERIGNAC has been helping innovative companies and the economic fabric of the Hauts de France region to identify their needs and define their intellectual and industrial property strategies, with a particular focus on technology sectors and patent issues.

A biochemical engineer from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Lyon, Anne BUCHET holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Paris 7 - Institut Pasteur, and is a graduate of CEIPI. She is an Industrial Property Attorney and European Patent Attorney. She began her career in 1998 as an examiner at the European Patent Office in Munich, before joining LAURENT & CHARRAS in 2003.

François-Xavier holds a master's degree in Private Law and a specialized master's degree in "Juriste et Management International", and has been developing his expertise in research taxation for over ten years. He has been working on the IP BOX issue for G.A.C. Group since the 2019 reform, and supports companies that have opted for this tax option in their intellectual property strategy.
