As part of the transformation of its HR Shared Service Centers (SSCs), the group called on G.A.C. Group to audit its payroll taxes.
The challenge: mastering HR legacy and complexity
When creating its HR Shared Services Center in 2018, Kering had to unify practices from numerous entities. The challenge was twofold:
