The CERFA 2069 A vintage 2025 is now available on the impots.gouv website, for declarations of Research tax credit (CIR) for 2024. No major changes compared with the 2024 version, with the exception of an update of the ceiling for de minimis aid.
New ceiling on de minimis aid set at €300,000 for a period of 3 rolling fiscal years (compared with €200,000 for 2023), applicable since January 1.er January 2024.
Concerning the declaration calendar for your tax credit: don't forget you have until May 15, 2025 to electronically declare your CIR, CII, CIC and CICo expenses!
