By decree of July 5, 2024, the distribution of costs between user companies and temporary employment agencies has been modified, in the event of an occupational accident or illness declared by a temporary employee.
Until now, things have been fairly straightforward. In the event of an accident at work or occupational disease, the temporary employment agency was solely responsible for the payment of daily benefits and two-thirds (2/3) of any disability of 10 % or more. The user company, on the other hand, was only responsible for one-third (1/3) of the cost of personal injury >10%. But with the decree of July 5, 2024, this distribution is changing.
In this webinar, Alexandre Schutz, occupational risk consultant:
- will provide an overview of temporary employment in France,
- will provide a reminder of the safety rules applicable to user companies,
- will explain the changes in occupational injury and disease pricing resulting from the July decree,
- will discuss the implications of these changes.
At the end of the webinar :
You'll have all the information you need to :
- measure the impact of the decree,
- identify ways of improving your processes with temporary employment agencies (if you are a user company),
- identify actions to propose to user companies (if you are a temporary employment agency).
