CIR 2024: new tools at your disposal

The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) has just published the latest updates to its recommendations for CIR 2024 :

• Updated supporting documentation for greater legal certainty
• Provision of a Word version of the generic justification file, designed to make it easier to understand.
• Updated financial summary for ease of use
• An explanatory leaflet to accompany the Excel financial summary spreadsheet.
