  • Serious Game - The Year of Innovation® (L'Année de l'Innovation®) to simulate the management of an Innovation Management System over a full year.
  • Collective analysis of decisions made, results achieved and value-creation mechanisms, putting them into perspective.
  • Transpose the lessons learned from the Serious Game to the context of the participants, in order to identify areas for reflection adapted to their organization.
