Procedure and timetable
In a recent update to its website, the French Ministry of Research has clarified the procedure and timetable for submitting CIR approval renewal applications. The CIR approval renewal campaign is open from August 15 to November 30, 2023.
Certification
Approval is granted by decision of the Minister for Research, after examination of a complete application file submitted in advance. The Ministry of Research issues CIR approvals for R&D after scientific and technical appraisal. The purpose of the approval is to ensure that the applicant organization has sufficient R&D potential to provide services on behalf of third parties.
Definitions of beneficiaries and online procedure
