Our responsible partnership for gender equality in the industrial and technological sectors

Aware that gender diversity is also a driver of performance, the objective is to encourage female vocations in engineering and technology professions. AlongsideElles BougentIn the framework of our activities, we carry out actions that promote scientific careers to girls and young women.  Our goal is to encourage vocations by sharing the experiences of our Elles Bougent mentors and ambassadors, and through awareness-raising campaigns and events: Innovation Challenges, testimonials for middle and high school girls and students, recruitment forums, Day of Women and Girls in Science,…

Elles Bougent - Committed to professional diversity

The Innovatech challenge has been in existence since 2016 and has already enabled more than 1,500 applicants and 20 French regions to participate! This contest 100% female allows young girls, for one day, to be immersed in the life of an engineer/technician and to discover the full range of technologies and jobs in the industry of the future. After 5 hours of work in an inter-generational hackathon mode, the teams, composed of female sponsors, students and high school girls, presented their project to a jury, in the manner of a start-up pitch!

Our G.A.C.'er / Godmother within the association Elles Bougent, Hélène ROLFO-CAZES took part in the 8th edition of the Innovatech contest in the Midi-Pyrénées region within a team composed of 2 high school girls and 1 student. 

Their project? Balpacon, the intelligent balcony

Our participation in "DuoDay

Duo Day

The DuoDay operation involves a company, local authority or association welcoming a disabled person to form a duo with a professional from the volunteer structure.

DuoDay enables employers to discover the professional assets and qualities of people with disabilities, while giving them the opportunity to discover a working environment and combat prejudice.

At the beginning of December 2023, we opened the doors of our daily professional life to a young student wishing to discover the job of innovation consultant at G.A.C. Group!
duoday is much more than just a shared professional experience. It's a commitment to inclusion and mutual understanding within a company where every talent finds its place, whatever their differences.

Our partnership with the Women's Professional Basketball Club

LDLC ASVEL Féminin

LDLC AS VEL Féminin is a professional women's basketball club with mission company status. Since 2017, the club has begun a new chapter in its history with President Tony Parker and Delegate President Marie-Sophie Obama. Tony PARKER became President of ASVEL Basket in 2014.

We have been actively involved with the club since 2021. For over 70 years, this club has embodied excellence, sharing and the development of women on and off the pitch. By joining forces, we proudly support the team in its outstanding sporting achievements while helping to promote equality and inclusion.

WeImpact competition: innovative projects with impact

Because innovation is at the heart of our business, we wanted to help start-ups and innovative companies to grow. So, in 2023, we launched the 1st edition of our WeImpact competition. The competition is open to any company or association that has developed an innovative project with a positive impact on the environment or society. 

We believe that sharing our experience in innovation and performance consulting can help start-ups wishing to contribute to social progress to develop and create positive impacts.

The awards ceremony for this 1st edition took place at the Bpifrance Hub in October 2023. We were honored to award the following winners:

Mindful of today's environmental and health challenges, Bioteos aims to combine nature and technology for the benefit of humankind. The company has developed multi-pollutant indoor air purifiers using the immense potential of microalgae. These modules have been specially designed for public indoor spaces such as subways, but also for offices and schools. Finally, the microalgae produced are then transformed back into biostimulants.

Aurizeo has designed the "Handinaute", the first universal electric motorization system that adapts to all wheelchairs without prior installation, thanks to a "plug&roll" system. This solution improves the daily lives of disabled people by breaking down isolation. The company offers customized products and user experiences that improve daily life through innovation, ergonomics and aesthetics.

#3 RT3C

RT3C's mission is to support radiotherapy centers in the field of medical physics. The company's latest project aims to optimize the use of X-ray doses in medical procedures. This involves the development of software which, thanks to advanced algorithms, enables doses to be precisely adjusted to maximize effectiveness while minimizing risks to the patient. These algorithms are designed in partnership with engineers from the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA).

Explore is a endowment fund to support and develop real solutions to engage our ecosystems and implement positive initiatives for our company and our planet.

Under the aegis of Roland Jourdain and Sophie VercellettoExplore accompanies new explorers in the development and implementation of their projects, encourages everyone to be an actor of change, and brings together and inspires the responsible innovation of tomorrow with companies. 

This collaboration is part of our responsible approach to contributing to the positive impacts of our ecosystems and is at the heart of our mission: Innovation & Performance for Impact.

In 2021, the catamaran project We Explore has been launched. The aim is to materialize this dynamic of change and get as many people on board as possible. The project was a real success, as in November 2022, the We Explore set sail and finished second in the Route du Rhum, Multi category!

G.A.C. Group offers its employees the opportunity to work directly alongside the Explore teams through skills sponsorship. As part of this sponsorship, 5 projects supporting 5 causes different are proposed and each one can contribute to the scale of its desires and competences.

Project to create a personalized care sheet for tomorrow's healthcare in chronic disease prevention.

Provide innovative services in the field of climate change

A research program designed to Quantum accelerometer in orbit. Its ambition is to carry and test the first atomic accelerometer on board a satellite by 2030.

Provide services to collaborationof funding and support to the marketing researchers/entrepreneurs, start-ups and technology SMEs from Europe - and associated countries - in the United States, and soon in Canada, in order to maximize their chances of develop worldwide
