CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) issues are no longer an option. For financial, HR or operational departmentsit has become essential to to master regulatory obligations and structure a clear approachand above allmake it a concrete lever for commitment and differentiation.

Objective: To give you the keys to understanding CSR & ESG issues and effectively integrating these dimensions into your day-to-day professional life, as well as into your corporate or regional strategy.

The course is led by Yasmina Sahed, an international lecturer specializing in the popularization of complex subjects. All in small groups, with time for exchange and co-construction to anchor what has been learned.

  • Evolving sustainable development issues: exceeding planetary limits, intensification of climatic hazards, regulatory frameworks (CSRD, VSME, BACS, AGEC, etc.).
  • Changing stakeholder expectations (regulations, consumers, investors, talent)
  • Impact on business competitiveness: risks and opportunities

2 Fundamentals: understanding CSR and ESG criteria

  • Definition and differences between CSR, ESG and Sustainable Development
  • The three pillars of ESG and the departments concerned :
    • Environment: emissions reduction, resource management, climate impact
    • Social: employee well-being, inclusion, human rights in the value chain
    • Governance: transparency, ethics, decision-making, fighting corruption
  • Concrete examples of committed companies

3. regulations, labels and ESG/RSE standards: why and how to structure your approach?

  • Understand how standards and labels can help my company: Iso 26000CSRD standards, Green Taxonomy, Duty of Care... Engagé RSE, PME+, Lucie 26000, B Corp... labels.
  • Key stages in a structured CSR approach

4. practical exercises: identifying the key issues for your company and region
