As you know, 2025 is a special year for the AT/MP pricing system. AT/MP 2025 rates only apply from May 1, 2025, with no retroactive effect.
The rate-setting decrees for the 2025 AT/MP rates were published in the JO on April 30, enabling AT/MP rates to be calculated and notified.
Pricing orders for 2025 :
- Order of April 29, 2025 setting the amount of surcharges provided for in article D. 242-6-9 of the French Social Security Code and the contribution provided for in article D. 242-6-9-1 of the same code for 2025.
