The training program is based on an immersive pedagogical approach combining structuring input and real-life situations:
- Introduction to the fundamentals of innovation, innovation management and the Innovation Management System.
- Deciphering the key components of an MIS: governance, strategy, activities, processes, resources, skills, partnerships and performance management.
- Serious Game - The Year of Innovation® (L'Année de l'Innovation®) to simulate the management of an Innovation Management System over a full year.
- Collective analysis of decisions made, results achieved and value-creation mechanisms, putting them into perspective.
- Transpose the lessons learned from the Serious Game to the context of the participants, in order to identify areas for reflection adapted to their organization.
