Founded in 1995 by Bernard Cottet, DIDACTHEM supports organizations with a strong conviction: risk prevention and compliance are an essential foundation for securing corporate obligations, strengthening health in the workplace and sustainably supporting HR and CSR performance.
The DIDACTHEM teams support their customers around three complementary pillars:
- Expertise & advice in risk prevention and compliance, with a particular focus on ergonomics and psycho-social risks (RPS); ;
- Digital platform automation and management of the prevention process; ;
- Training and educational content dedicated to HR, HSE/QHSE teams and managers.

This operation is fully in line with G.A.C. Group's strategy of strengthening its HR Performance Business Unit, to broaden its offer on health, safety and prevention, and accelerate development digital solutions dedicated to HR and QHSE departments.
