BACS decree: benefit from a CEE bonus for the installation of your BMS!

An effective solution for reducing your energy consumption and complying with the BACS decree

An EWC bonus to encourage its adoption

To encourage the adoption of BMS, the French government has introduced a bonus for Energy Savings Certificates (CEE). This bonus enables owners and managers of commercial buildings to benefit from a higher CEE premium for installing or upgrading a BMS.

What are the bonus conditions?

The bonus applies to operations undertaken between October 29, 2022 and June 30, 2024. It applies to BMS systems for heating, domestic hot water, cooling/air-conditioning, lighting and auxiliaries.

  • For the purchase of a new BMS system, the volume of CEE is doubled.
  • For upgrading an existing BMS system, the volume of CEE is increased by 50 %.
