GAC Group, an international consulting firm in innovation and performance, wanted to accelerate the digitization of its businesses by acquiring a stake in Digital DSN BI (D²BI). D²BI is an innovative start-up which is revolutionizing HR Performance management thanks to dynamic management tools based on the DSN.
As soon as it opened in June 2018, GAC'UP, the start-up accelerator launched by GAC Group, joined D²BI, a very young company wishing to accelerate its development. Aware of the importance of the DSN in the management of HR Performance companies, GAC Group decided in October 2018 to increase its commitment by acquiring a stake in D²BI.
Created in November 2016, this start-up, founded by Gilles Lefin, former HRIS Manager, and Bruno Martins-Lêdo, BI expert, offers dynamic HR management tools based on the DSN standard. The DSN (Nominative Social Declaration) is a universal file which replaces most of the social declarations of companies by automating their transmission from payroll data.
D²BI's analysis tools make it possible to ensure the DSN compliance, and create multiple social indicators customized according to the needs of each user to simplify and automate the management of HR activity, regardless of any HRIS or payroll tools already in place.
