Alexandre SAUBOT

Vice-Chairman, Conseil national de l'industrie

A former student at the École Polytechnique, Alexandre Saubot has headed Haulotte Group SA, a family-owned ETI specialized in the manufacture of aerial work platforms and telescopic forklift-trucks, since 2000. In March 2020, Alexandre Saubot was elected Vice-Chairman of France Industrie, the professional organization representing industry in France. In November 2020, Alexandre Saubot is elected President of France Industrie. He is re-elected on November 25, 2022. A former Vice-Chairman of MEDEF and Pôle Emploi, he has extensive experience in industry and professional organizations.

Guillaume Mortelier is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He began his career in 2003 with Bain & Company in Paris and San Francisco, where he led business development assignments in Europe and North America. Between 2007 and 2012, he made equity investments in French mid-sized companies. In September 2012, Guillaume joined CDC Entreprises, a constituent entity of Bpifrance, where he was appointed Director of Development and then Director of Strategy and Development in 2014. In December 2017, he became a member of the Mid & Large Cap Management Committee, in charge of the creation and management of the International Build-up Fund. Guillaume Mortelier was appointed Executive Director in charge of Support on August 1, 2018.

Christophe Boytchev is Chairman of G.A.C. Group, an international consulting firm dedicated to innovation, performance, corporate competitiveness and regional attractiveness. Christophe Boytchev's corporate strategy is based on an ambition for transformation, with the ultimate goal of creating positive, sustainable impacts for his customers, employees and partners. Emilie GARCIA

ESG Climate Manager
Innovation Department

Emilie Garcia is ESG & Impact Manager within the Innovation Department. She is in charge of coordinating and leading the implementation of the Climate Plan, ESG and Impact for innovation financing and venture capital funds. Trained as an engineer, she started out as a consultant in the energy and environment sectors, before joining an industrial group in the hydrogen sector, where she managed plant construction projects in France and abroad. For the past 10 years, she has been with Bpifrance, where she began her career in operational R&D financing and technical expertise, before moving on to Ecotech team management.

Co-managing director of KAIROSIn 2009, Sophie Jourdain Vercelletto joined Roland Jourdain, and together they set out to diversify the business and reconcile Kaïros' missions with the impact of their activity on the environment. Kairos Environnement helps manufacturers develop clean, sustainable alternatives to conventional materials for all types of applications. Kairos became a company with a mission in 2023: its raison d'être is "to share our passion for the environment in order to transform our outlook, our practices and our lifestyles, both on land and at sea". 

Co-founder of the EXPLORE Endowment Fund. By creating the Explore endowment fund in 2013, to experiment, cooperate and inspire, by hosting explorations that respond to these missions and by promoting programs of inspiration to as many people as possible, Sophie and Roland hope to contribute to the general interest of our society.

Appointed Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur, Stéphanie manages 5 business units worldwide, including the Environment and Climate BU. For the past 20 years, she and her teams have been working to develop and deploy space-based solutions to study and protect our planet and manage its resources sustainably, in all 4 corners of the globe. Trained as an engineer, she has spent nearly 15 years setting up projects for observing the planet, particularly the oceans, nurturing the growth of the CLS group, which places technology at the heart of environmental and societal issues, and developing a virtuous space economy with missions in the public interest.

Frédéric FERRER is a journalist and teacher. A radio, television and press presenter and interviewer, he is also a graduate of ESCP Business School and teaches at the school's Mastère Médias program. He helps companies organize, prepare (scenic and editorial) and host corporate and public events. Orange, SNCF, ADP and MEDEF are just some of the companies that call on him.
