Workshop 1: Payroll news and social security contributions

Every year, as you know and experience, social and tax news is dense and intense, requiring understanding and responsiveness.

Furthermore, according to an in-house study, to keep up to date with all regulatory and legislative changes, HR & Payroll teams would have to devote around 600 hours a year to reading texts.

However, day-to-day life and urgent matters don't always allow us to take the time we need to identify changes and update our practices!

During our workshop, we'll take a look at the latest news and major developments in payroll, social security contributions and occupational risks.

 

Workshop 2: A temporary worker's accident: understanding for better collaboration

By decree of July 5, 2024, the distribution of costs between user companies and temporary employment agencies has been modified, in the event of an occupational accident or illness declared by a temporary employee.

Until now, things have been fairly straightforward. In the event of an accident at work or occupational disease, the temporary employment agency was solely responsible for the payment of daily benefits and two-thirds (2/3) of any disability of 10 % or more. The user company, on the other hand, was only responsible for one-third (1/3) of the cost of personal injury >10%. But with the decree of July 5, 2024, this distribution is changing.

During our workshop :

  • We'll be giving you an overview of temporary employment in France,
  • We will remind you of the safety rules applicable to user companies,
  • We'll explain the changes in terms of AT/MP pricing with the July decree,
  • We'll look at the implications of these changes.
