For CSRD, Kiosk integrates an audit module enabling tests and controls to be carried out directly in the platform, with a user role dedicated to auditors.
Following on from the NFRD, the CSRD introduced a common European standard, based on ESRS, to improve the comparability, reliability and transparency of information published by companies.
The adoption of the so-called “Omnibus” law refocused the scope of application of the CSRD on larger companies, thus reducing the number of organizations directly subject to the regulatory obligation. Nevertheless, market momentum has not slowed. The expectations of clients, investors and partners continue to grow. In parallel with the CSRD framework, other reference frameworks have emerged (such as VSME and Midcap) to offer proportionate formats adapted to different levels of corporate maturity.
Against this backdrop, ESG reporting has become a key tool for steering, credibility and strategic anticipation.
