The mode of communication put in place, fluid and without taboos, generates constructive exchanges between Managers, Collaborators, and Management Committee.
We favor small teams (10 employees maximum) to promote proximity on a daily basis and give the Manager the means to make everyone grow.
The employee initiatives are encouraged and then developed, in particular through our Offer Development structure in start-up mode.
