SOFIAC France, officially launched on January 15, 2024 under the aegis of the former Minister for Ecological Transition, Christophe Béchu, offers a unique approach to removing the disincentives to investment in decarbonization projects. With an investment capacity of over 200 million eurosIt stands out for its turnkey offer:
- 100 % of project costs covered (between 1 and 40 million euros), with no guarantee required.
- Performance-based remuneration based on a portion of the energy savings achieved over a period of 10 to 15 years.
- Comprehensive supportfrom design to commissioning, including obtaining financial assistance (CEE, subsidies) and monitoring energy performance.
