Galeries Lafayette wanted to improve the monitoring of their work accidents and occupational diseases (ATMP) and set up a powerful tool for this purpose.

GAC has been working for 12 years with Galeries Lafayette, in particular on optimizing the costs of AT.

To facilitate our management of ATMPs, GAC GROUP advised us to use the AT Advance software which especially allows uniformly process work accident reports in each of our stores. Thus, we can more easily analyze the causes both locally and nationally.

Our employees who interact directly with GAC have a better command of declarations. These exchanges are obviously a first means of develop the skills of our teams in charge of these matters.

To fully master all ATMP issues, Emmanuelle BOUFFIER, Senior Consultant in Professional Risk Management at GAC GROUP, led training on occupational risk management with the HR community. The first session was held in 2017 and the next ones are planned in 2018.
