He works with organizations operating in complex environments to structure their innovation management systems and strengthen their innovation governance. He assists his customers in implementing pragmatic approaches inspired by standards such as ISO 56000, while taking care to reconcile structuring, performance and agility.
David Baruchel
David is an entrepreneur and innovation expert, with over 10 years' experience between startups and major corporations. A graduate of École Polytechnique and UC Berkeley, he has since helped accelerate over 200 innovation projects for companies such as Société Générale, CHANEL and Roche. A TEDx speaker and lecturer at the École Polytechnique, HEC and Sciences Po, he takes a highly operational approach to coaching organizations, sharing best practices from the field and the pitfalls to be avoided to structure their innovation effectively without holding it back.
